Internal trainers and consultants are increasingly a lynch pin in ensuring that organisations are able to achieve their goals. Whether it is new product training, change management, new processes or skills training, it is the quality of the training provided that can make a project successful or not.
We are often involved in developing training evaluation strategies for organisations, as well as taking on the transformation of training teams to deliver more effective training. We use a variety of approaches to achieve this, working as consultants, training designers, coaches or trainers.
