Interactive Training & Assessment Tool (ITAT):

The ITAT on-line assessment tool is a practical way of establishing clear development needs and providing evidence of the changes that people are making as a result of their development.

There are three key steps in the process:

Step 1: Setting the standard

We work with you to understand your objectives and agree clear improvement targets for your people which may be:
  • Results level: what actual impact it will have on your KPIs
  • Behavioural level: what competencies need to be improved
  • Learning level: what you want them to actually learn

Step 2: Assessment method

We convert your results, competencies or learning requirements from step 1 to design specific on-line assessments to gather information on your people.

The training needs analysis helps you quickly determine the 'real' needs of departments, teams and individuals.

  • What are we trying to achieve?
  • Does everyone need training?
  • At what level is training required?
  • Is training the only option?

Your people access the assessment process through a personalised client site where they are guided to complete the appropriate questionnaires in a secure area.

This is then collated to offer you a summary of the present base line performance and used to specifically design the development solution.

We will guide you through our process to determine real requirements and produce solutions to achieve lasting results.

Step 3: Assessing the success

The delegates are reassessed and information gathered both to provide evidence of what they have learnt and to be measured against the original targets.

  • Did training achieve what you wanted to achieve?
  • Are you getting the performance you expected?
  • What changes have occurred?
  • What is the business return for what cost?

Individuals who are participating in programmes such as leadership development will have access to their own personal site where they can maintain their own personal development log, access their initial development needs and download resources that will support their learning.
