Ashok is a senior lecturer at Loughborough University and also our expert in knowledge management and cultural change issues. He has published a book on the subject and brings a unique focus to the area by combining the human and technological aspects of Knowledge Management.

Typical projects include: United Nations Development Programme: Knowledge Management Evaluation of PEMSEA (Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia). A $30m project involving 12 countries in South East Asia.

Isobel's interpersonal style leaves a fabulous impression on her delegates for years and she builds powerful relationship with people to help them change their perspective of situations and improve how they work with others. Offering consultancy to identify training needs, design and implement training, she also provides policy development for a range of public and private sector organisations in the UK, Asia, Eastern Europe and India.

A Master Practitioner in NLP and qualified to deliver various leading psychometric personality assessments; Vince is able to offer innovative training, coaching and personal development programmes designed to initiate and sustain change within individuals and organisations. Vince has delivered on leadership development programmes to organisations as diverse as Ashridge Business College, O2, MoD, Britvic and the FE Sector.

Ian predominantly works in the communications arena of how people work together and understand each other. A trainer of some considerable experience, having designed and delivered training to meet the business requirements of many large organisations both in the UK and abroad including Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

With a background of many years in major account management in the IT industry, Ian has been training as a consultant/associate trainer to companies such as Cable & Wireless, Astra-Zeneca, the MoD, Mason Communications, Kendro Laboratory Products Ltd, Honeywell, O2 UK Ltd, Telecommunications of Jamaica and Transport for London. Ian is also a trainer for the CIPD In-company Certificate in Training Practice.

Her qualifications include; BA (Hons) Business Studies, MSc - Systemic Management and Psychotherapy, Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development and NLP Master Practitioner

Her recent work has included; Executive coaching/mentoring with senior and middle managers covering such subjects as autocue phobia, presentation of self, work pressures, relationship problems, time management. Plus the design, development and delivery of courses for different levels within organisations, up to and including board level.
